Frequently Asked Questions

Am I eligible for NDIS services in Sydney?

Eligibility typically includes being under 65, living in Australia as a citizen or permanent resident, and having a permanent and significant disability. While we don't complete NDIS applications, we're happy to answer questions about our services and how we can support you once you're eligible.

Which service areas in NSW do you cover?

Liesha Care provides services throughout Sydney's Inner west and surrounding suburbs. If you're unsure whether we service your area, please get in touch. We are happy to discuss your location and availability. Our team can travel directly to your home, workplace, or preferred community location to provide support where you feel most comfortable.

Do you support self-managed or plan-managed participants?

Yes, absolutely. Liesha Care provides support for both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. We handle the paperwork in a way that suits your management type, ensuring a smooth and stress-free service.

How much will the services cost and how does NDIS funding work?

Our pricing follows the latest NDIS Price Guide rates to ensure you receive fair value that is fully covered by your funding. We provide clear, itemised invoices so you or your plan manager always know exactly how your budget is being used.

How quickly can my support visits start?

We aim to be as responsive as possible. Once you contact us and we complete an initial consultation, we can often match a support worker and begin within a few business days to a week.

What happens during a typical support worker visit?

Every visit is person-centred. It might involve help around the house, emotional support for mental health, or companionship for a community outing. Our friendly Sydney team works according to the goals set in your unique support plan to foster your independence.
